Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least twelve (12) hours notice if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than twelve hours, your session will be deducted from your package. 

Refund & Liability Policy 

By purchasing a training package from Mile High Health and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in the case of a documented emergency. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and are subject to approval. Upon approval, refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed. 

  2. Liability Release: By purchasing a package, you release Mile High Health and Wellness and Denver McLean from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in our training programs. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training sessions.
