Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less twenty-four hours notice you will be charged for the session.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least twelve (12) hours notice if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than twelve hours, your session will be deducted from your package. 

Refund & Liability Policy 

By purchasing a training package from Mile High Health and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in the case of a documented emergency. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and are subject to approval.

  2. Liability Release: By purchasing a package, you release Mile High Health and Wellness and Denver McLean from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in our training programs. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training sessions.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
