The Program
Eight 60-minute workout sessions comprised of :
OLYMPIC LIFTING to develop muscle & power, KETTLEBELL TRAINING to improve joint stability & increase muscular endurance, and MAT PILATES to develop a strong and reliable core. All exercises are based on proper bio-mechanics and suitable for BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, AND ADVANCED FITNESS LEVELS. All participants will be progressed or regressed by Coach Denver to compliment their INDIVIDUAL abilities.
